We've been providing the finest traditional British fish and chips to our community since May 1939
However, following conversations with some of our customers, we realised that there was a small sector of the community that was not being catered for and were unable to enjoy this great British tradition. With this in mind we embarked upon a journey to find an alternative for all those suffering from gluten and wheat intolerance.
Our Menu
In May 2006 we were finally able to offer a range of traditional foods that everyone could enjoy. Gluten-free foods are cooked using a coeliac friendly batter provided by Batterbox, and fried in a separate frier to avoid cross-contamination. Exciting News!
We're opening a brand new shop called Just For You here in Congleton! We're going to be stocking a wide range of allergy-friendly foods (gluten free, dairy free and so on) as well as vegetarian options. We'll be opening on 18th August 2008 at 10.00 a.m.

We are open:
- Monday to Friday between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm
- Monday to Wednesday between 4.30 pm and 8.00 pm
- Thursday and Friday between 4.30 pm and 9.00 pm
- Saturday between 11.30 am and 2.00 pm
